The Digital Pathway

Step 1: Brief Self-Assessment

All service users will complete an electronic form to detail a summary of their main difficulties and a minimum data set (MDS) and as a form of re-engagement step, ruling out those no longer interested

AIMS: To capture risk, help triage service users effectively onto the correct care pathway (Step 2/3)

Data will be automated into existing or new systems (e.g. IAPTUS/Teams/Office 365)

Forms will be therapist-reviewed at the start of the process.

First Steps to Change

This is a three-week psychoeducational programme of 90 minute sessions.

AIMS: To explore what CBT is and how it can help. To learn about depression and anxiety-based problems.

This will teach coping skills and help to normalise symptoms of depression and anxiety and to help service users feel less alone.
